so i guess this is the time to talk about one of the most important experinces of my life.
experience concerning my professional development.
that weekend i was a trainer at the local aiesec conference for the fisrt time. actually i was a trainer before but only in front of the group of people i have already known. and this time the lections and trainings were for new people who wanted to join the organisation.
that was really important and unforgetande experince for me. those three days gave me so much. those days pushed me to continue development harder. those days showed me my level of presenting skills by practice.
i tried to do my best. really tried. second day i was facilitating 2 trainings and co-facilitating all other. i have never spoken so much! yeah! me. at the end of the day i could hardly say a word because i was really exhausted. well i know that is very hard to believe that i can get tired from speaking. it is hard to believe actually that there are any limits in spaeking for me :D but that happened. shining eyes of the delegates created the inspiration and their interest gave the energy to continue. after the whole day of sessions we went dancing and stayed at the party till 3 a.m. next morning i overslept by one hour and a half :D and again: me! the person who can't sleep not at home at all! really amazing!
well about this experince. as i have said i tried to do my best, to deliever all the information fully and with passion i had about the organisation! aaaaaand! that is really unbelievable but i was awarded as a best trainer at this conference. delegates voted for the best facilitator and they have chosen me! that means that all my efforts were not a waste of time, that means that i can do it! that means that i coped with that.
i am so happy to work with these great people! i am happy to continue developing and finding myself
